When you write, it helps a great deal to include your phone model, your OS version, the app version (at the bottom of Settings), and the city the times are for.
Luchot differ in their minhag, and so can Moed. In Settings you choose the tzeis shita (Geonim 8.5°, 16.1° or Rabbeinu Tam), candle lighting 18, 20, 30 or 40 minutes before sunset, and a manual offset to match your luach to the minute. Moed uses sea-level sunrise and sunset, as most luchot do. If the times are still off, check that the location at the top of the screen is the right one.
This is almost always the phone's compass rather than the app. Two things to try, in order:
A quick check: open the phone's own compass app at the same moment. If that is wrong too, it is the phone or a magnet. If that is right while Moed is wrong, please write to us and say which phone you have.
A leap year has two months of Adar, and customs differ on which one keeps a date from an ordinary year's Adar. In My dates you choose Adar I, Adar II or both. A date that was already in Adar I or Adar II is exact and is not affected.
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases, while signed in to the same App Store or Google account you bought with. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in the store: on iPhone in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions.
Your dates are stored only on your phone, never on a server, so deleting the app deletes them. In My dates, tap Export my dates and keep the text somewhere safe, such as a message to yourself. On a new phone, use Import from a backup and paste it back.
Moed follows where you are: Yom Tov sheni, Simchat Torah and the holiday calendar change with your location.
Tap the language at the top of the screen, or go to Settings, Language. Moed speaks English, Hebrew, French, Spanish and Russian.
The privacy policy is at tarazi.github.io/zmanim-compass-privacy. Short version: every time is computed on your phone, and your location never leaves it.
